BIO

Calum advises corporate trustee and agent clients on the full spectrum of debt capital markets and loan transactions - across products, sector and geography.

His product experience includes structured finance and securitisations (including CLOs, MBS, ABS and whole business), project and infrastructure finance, repackagings and MTN programmes) and banking transactions. He has also advised trustees on the exercise of their discretion, consent solicitations, the unwind of bond structures and mixed bank/bond financings. Calum also has experience advising originators and arranging banks on a range of RMBS, covered bonds and infrastructure bonds.
