BIO
Stephanie is the Legal Director of the law reform and human rights organisation JUSTICE. She is responsible for JUSTICE’s legal and policy output, which is aimed at building a fairer UK justice system within everyone’s reach. This includes work to firmly establishing the rule of law as a key feature of our democracy as well considering how the benefits of technology can be harnessed to improve, rather than undermine, access to justice. Stephanie is a qualified solicitor and previously practiced at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and DAC Beachcroft. She has also worked representing appellants at the Asylum Support Appeals tribunal, as a Judicial Assistant to Lord Clarke and Lord Toulson at the Supreme Court and at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
