Jane is a consulting partner based in Northern California and a former member of the PwC US Board of Partners and Principals. She leads the PwC US Legal Business Solutions practice, and is the Americas lead for the PwC’s Global Legal team. Jane focuses primarily on the technology, utilities and banking sectors.

Jane also serves on the University of California at Berkeley- Center for Financial Reporting and Management advisory board, and Board Director for the Alameda County Community Food Bank.
