BIO:

Carolyn Austin is a KM leader, practice support lawyer and Special Counsel with a broad range of experience in Australian legal services, and a passion for legal innovation. She lead a national team focused on creating sustainable knowledge management, process improvement, digital adoption and innovative approaches to client services delivery.

She is a sessional lecturer in the Masters of Digital Information Management in Knowledge Management Strategies at the University of Technology, Sydney.

Carolyn is certified in Legal Project Management from the LPM Institute.
