As the Senior Director of Information Technology & Security Operations at Jackson Lewis P.C., Michael Cartier leads the firm’s IT and security operations, aligning technology with business goals and overseeing all key IT verticals. In this capacity, he works closely with various departments, including Information Services, Knowledge Management, and Professional Development, to foster a culture of continuous improvement and enhance organizational efficiency.

Before joining Jackson Lewis P.C., Michael served as Vice President of Technology Services at Broadridge Financial Solutions. During his tenure, he led global teams and spearheaded cloud migration and cybersecurity initiatives to advance the technology solutions that transformed & fortifed the business.

With 25 years of experience in the technology sector, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and a forward-thinking approach to driving technological innovation and transformation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Adelphi University. Michael is also certified in various cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
