She has led large-scale change initiatives, including M&A integrations and ERP implementations, across diverse industries and has advised senior leaders on strategies to drive culture, talent, and engagement. 

As the Director of Change Leadership at Reed Smith, Adrienne leads a multidisciplinary team of program managers, business analysts, and change managers within the Innovation Department. 

Her work focuses on advancing initiatives that shape the future of legal services. She designs and executes enterprise-wide change strategies aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives, partnering with senior leadership to assess change readiness, address barriers, and foster a culture of innovation and resilience.
