Dino Serafini is a dual-qualified lawyer in Italy and Luxembourg, currently serving as the Legal Lead of the ESG & Sustainability Team at Arendt. He advises clients across a wide range of industries, providing cross-cutting legal and strategic support on ESG regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, sustainability reporting, and project management for corporate sustainability initiatives.
Dino holds a Ph.D. in Social Economy Law and Third Sector Enterprises from the University of Naples (Italy). He has held visiting scholar positions at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg and SOAS University of London, where he deepened his research on ESG-related legal frameworks.
He is a published author on ESG and sustainability topics and is regularly invited to speak at industry conferences, academic forums, and professional training sessions.
Dino is the Secretary General of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) where he also served as Sustainability Office for a term of 3 years.
