Seasoned practitioner, representing world-renowned corporations, governments and associations in ground-breaking cases before the EU Courts in Luxembourg and European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and national courts, the European Commission and other national authorities. 

Focus on board/GC level risk management in BHR, ESG and antitrust/trade, covering reputation to litigation risk. 

Deep experience in global antitrust investigations, unilateral conduct, mergers and joint ventures, EU customs/trade law, product safety and environmental regulations, in technology, energy & pharma sectors. 


Founding and core member of White & Case’s Business & Human Rights Group and ESG and Sustainability Group. Head of White & Case Global Pro Bono practice, committed to pro bono work and the rule of law globally. Equally committed to supporting the success of women lawyers, through mentorship and talks. 

Accumulated substantial management experience over my career: including White & Case global Executive Committee, responsible for the direction and strategy of the firm, globally elected Partnership Committee; Executive Partner (running the Brussels office and the Firm’s EU Law Practice). Honorary Fellow, Europa Institute, Edinburgh University.
