Jeff Berardi helps professional services organizations that are looking to enhance their marketing communications, business development, and sales activities.
Previously serving in the C-suite at three global organizations, Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing and business development strategy, focusing on building corporate brands as well as fostering and strengthening relationships with existing and potential clients.
Jeff spent 15 years at K&L Gates, an international corporate law firm with offices on five continents.
During his long tenure as CMO, Jeff played a significant role in helping the firm grow its annual revenue from $350M to more than $1B, its number of offices from 10 to 45, and the overall number of lawyers from 800 to more than 2,000.
In addition to advising more than two dozen professional services companies as a consultant, Jeff also served as the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at global advisory and expert services firm Ankura Consulting Group, and as Chief Business Development & Marketing Officer at global law firm Arnold & Porter.
Throughout his career as both a consultant and in various C-level roles, Jeff has focused on improving the integration of marketing and sales.
Jeff is a regular speaker at industry conferences and has been interviewed by and contributed to various publications, including a February 2018 article published in The American Lawyer, quotes featured in a 2019 book entitled “Best Practices in Law Firm Business Development and Marketing,” and chapters contributed in the “Inside the Minds” series published by Thomson Reuters.
In 2011, Jeff was recognized as the international “Marketing Professional of the Year” during the 18th Annual Marketing Partner Forum, an award that celebrates the most innovative marketing professionals.
Beyond his professional work, Jeff has served as a Seven Generations Board Member for the international nonprofit organization, City Year, and has acted in an advisory capacity for the Legal Sales and Service Organization (LSSO), Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and the Professional Services Growth Alliance (PSGA).
