Kate works with her clients to advance the use of innovative KM technologies to reduce friction, enable efficiencies, and collaborate more closely in our knowledge-intensive lawyer workflows. With over 20 years of experience in Knowledge Management (KM) and practice innovation, Kate has led initiatives from strategy to implementation. As the former Chief Knowledge and Innovation Officer at Bennett Jones LLP, she deployed KM and AI tools, driving adoption through change management and training. Before that, she ran her own consultancy, serving top law firms in the UK and Canada. Kate is recognized for her leadership in next-gen knowledge systems and practical, user-friendly workflows. A published author and regular industry speaker on topics such as content management and user experience, findability and enterprise search, LegalTech adoption, and innovation. She is a 2025 Fellow at the College of Law Practice Management.
