Lisa founded Lamp House Strategy in 2022 to empower legal leaders to make greater impact on people, planet and profit. 

The company has created global research data to understand and measure stakeholder perceptions and impact as well as auditing the responsible business activity of leading law firms across the world. 

The company provides services to help firms capture stakeholder feedback and benchmark their progress on their sustainability journeys.  

Lamp House was acquired by Chambers & Partners in June 2024 and Lisa is now Chief Data Innovation Officer working on data innovation across the entire Chambers platform. 

Lisa was the founder and CEO of Acritas, the global market leader in legal industry market research, which was acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2019. Lisa has a BSc in Mathematics and Management Science.
