Louise Nicholson is a Senior Knowledge Lawyer for Baker McKenzie's London Dispute Resolution Group. She trained at the Firm, qualifying into the Disputes team in 2013. Her practice background as a Senior Associate includes product liability litigation, international commercial arbitration, and a broad remit of general commercial litigation, typically with a cross-border focus. She also has experience of internal investigations relating to allegations of bribery and corruption, and contentious trusts work. She holds rights of audience as a Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Civil Proceedings), and is the Vice Chair of The Law Society's Dispute Resolution Section Advisory Committee.
