Megan McMillin is the Practice Innovation Manager at Cleary Gottlieb, where she designs and leads technology pilots and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure responsible and successful adoption of AI tools.

She is passionate about creating solutions that not only improve operations but also add tangible value to client service. As a former practicing attorney with a unique blend of legal expertise and technological fluency, Megan brings valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of implementing AI in legal practice. 

Megan serves on the Technology Solutions Team of ILTA (International Legal Technology Association), and she is a member of RAILS (Responsible AI in Legal Services) at the Duke Center on Law & Tech. Megan is committed to driving digital transformation in the legal industry.
