Rubinia Proli is a Senior Advisor at the United Nations Global Compact, seconded from Enel.
She leads the Legal Council, an initiative that brings together Chief Legal Officers and Public Affairs Officers to identify key regulatory barriers and advance policy advocacy for sustainable business transformation.
Within the UN Global Compact, she previously worked in the Transformational Governance team, focusing on the evolving role of legal functions in the sustainability landscape.
As a lawyer, she has extensive experience in international governance, policy advocacy, and corporate sustainability.
At Enel, she worked in the global sustainability stakeholder engagement team, managing the international relations to ensure the group's sustainability leadership positioning.
Prior to joining Enel, she gained experience at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Bank of Italy, and as a Judge Assistant in labor law at the First Instance Court.
