Rupert is the Director of Professional Services for InterAction+, the LexisNexis CRM solution, developed for law firms. Rupert oversees the team responsible for implementing the technology and driving adoption within law firms as it relates to business development, marketing strategies and firm objectives. As part of his role, Rupert also oversees the InterAction+ data quality team that partners with law firms to ensure CRM data remains accurate, supports firm growth and enables digital transformation initiatives. Rupert has a background in data analysis, insight and technology.
