Ryan Samii is the Head of Legal at Hebbia, a platform that orchestrates AI agents to tackle the most complex tasks of knowledge workers. Lawyers collaborate with AI to extract, structure, and analyze thousands of documents at scale, allowing for sophisticated workflow automations. Ryan began his career as an M&A and Emerging Growth lawyer at Paul Hastings, after graduating from UCLA and the University of Michigan Law School. He built out a number of corporate legal educational modules of Praktio, a provider of interactive training for lawyering. Prior to joining Hebbia, Ryan founded Standard Draft, a legal technology startup in the contract standardization and negotiation automation space.
