Director of Knowledge Management
Stradley Ronon
Sarah Hirebet (Andrews) is responsible for creating and evangelizing Stradley Ronon’s knowledge management program, including spearheading efforts to integrate Gen AI into legal practice. She has spent more than 15 years in Big Law enhancing the way that teams tackle legal and operational projects by designing processes that are more efficient, more accurate and more joyful. Before transitioning to knowledge leadership, Sarah began her legal career as an employment litigator with a focus on client counseling. She served as a judicial clerk to Chief Justice Ralph J. Cappy of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and Chief Judge Gary L. Lancaster of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Sarah earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law after completing a B.A. in theatre at Gannon University and an M.A. in theatre history at the University of Pittsburgh. When she is not building law firm intranets or philosophizing on legal pedagogy she is likely engaged in her preferred pastime, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This is a useful hobby for a person who, with her husband, Aniket, wrangles a pair of teenagers, a toddler and a cat named Ruth Bader Ginspurg.
