In her role as ESG Counsel at Advokatfirman Cederquist in Stockholm, Sweden, Sara leads the multi-disciplinary ESG team and has overall responsibility for ESG and corporate sustainability matters at the firm. 

Sara provides strategic and practical advice to clients in various sectors related to, inter alia, compliance, corporate sustainability due diligence, risk analysis and management, developing and implementing policies and procedures, contractual matters, disputes and M&A transactions. 

She is also regularly engaged to provide capacity building and writes articles on various topics related to ESG and sustainability.  

Sara is also part of Cederquist’s dispute resolution team, and previous experience includes court service and expertise in the areas of strategic contracts, marketing law and privacy.
