Rebecca Lee, JD, a graduate of Yale College and the UC Berkeley School of Law, is an attorney who has represented and advised progressive organizations and public entities in strategic social change campaigns and high-stakes impact litigation at all levels of the state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
After serving as a federal law clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, she represented clients in private practice, including the City of San Francisco, NRDC, SEIU, and the Writers Guild of America.
