BIO:

Michelle Lang is the Director of Client Service at McDermott, where she leads and helped develop the Firm’s Client Listening Program. Focused on building a client-centered culture, Michelle uses feedback data to uncover and share trends from feedback data, create service best practices, and enhance the client experience. She also runs the firm’s key client program, driving growth and loyalty through strategic account management and high-touch engagement. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Michelle held business development roles at two AmLaw 100 firms before joining McDermott in 2018.
