As Director of Change Leadership at Reed Smith, Adrienne drives enterprise-wide change strategies that align with the firm’s strategic and innovation goals. 

She collaborates with senior leadership to assess readiness for change, address barriers, and build a culture of innovation, leading a multidisciplinary team within the Innovation Team to advance initiatives shaping the future of legal services.
