Scott Kaiser is Mayer Brown’s US Litigation knowledge counsel, and a member of the firm’s Knowledge Management department. In this role, he collaborates on knowledge management, attorney training, technology, and innovation initiatives.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Scott was a Knowledge & Innovation Attorney working with the Complex Litigation and Employment practices at Paul Hastings. Before that, he was a Senior Litigation Editor creating litigation content at Thomson Reuters' Practical Law. Scott was also Of Counsel at a boutique law firm and an Associate at Bryan Cave LLP, with a broad practice encompassing commercial litigation, securities enforcement, and employment law.
