With 30 years in the legal industry, Tom has been a trusted advisor in legal data, tech, and knowledge management. Consulting with top firms globally, he has shaped data strategy and driven transformative change. As the founder of Entegrata, Tom specializes in solving complex data challenges for law firms. 

Before founding Entegrata, he consulted with over half of the Am Law 100 as a Partner at Fireman & Company and served as CIO/CKO for renowned Am Law 100 firms Cadwalader, Reed Smith, and Sheppard Mullin. His achievements include being recognized as a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management and earning a spot on the National Law Journal's list of Business of Law Trailblazers & Pioneers. 

Tom’s expertise lies in building and leading teams that enhance firm efficiency, profitability, and user experiences. He has achieved success by strategically aligning data, finances, technology, and legal processes. Throughout his career, Tom has collaborated with diverse teams across international jurisdictions, gaining valuable insights into the inner workings of law firms. 


He has also contributed to industry advancement by serving on various advisory boards, presenting at international conferences, and chairing discussions on emerging legal industry trends.
