The psychedelics movement is converging with the mainstream.

Efforts to decriminalize, legalize and regulate psychedelics are undeniably gaining momentum, and firms, organizations, and individual practitioners are realigning their practice resources in response.

For those looking to be in the business of psychedelics, offer psychedelic services, or participate in the movement, it will take more than simply incorporating lessons learned from cannabis to serve this market, community, and emerging environment ethically and holistically to reduce harm.

The Psychedelic Law Summit is the nation’s first event focused on the practice of law in psychedelics. Presented by Inside Practice and the Psychedelic Bar Association, the Summit will bring together leading subject matter experts from across the legal profession and the psychedelic ecosystem in a wide-ranging and dynamic reflection and discussion of the landscape. Together they will provide critical insight, analysis, and perspectives into the challenges, opportunities, and obligations that are evolving through the emergence of the legal psychedelic market.

Participants will actively participate, discuss and collaborate throughout the day’s programming and should plan to attend the entire day for the fullest experience of the content.
