BIO:

Alan is an accomplished leader in the field of diversity, equity and inclusion, with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Alan has led diversity, equity and inclusion programs in several sectors, including professional services, financial services, defense and aerospace engineering and within government.

In his current role as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Clyde & Co, Alan provides leadership to the Firm’s strategic approach to diversity, equity and inclusion. Operating across a complex global landscape, he is dedicated to enhancing inclusive culture through demonstrating commitment and tangible positive change.

Alan’s work has been recognized in the industry, having secured the Community Impact Award from ENEI in 2019 and a NOVA award for full spectrum leadership in 2020. His approach remains firmly rooted in data-driven tactics, which utilizes his educational background, having studied Astrophysics at the University of Leeds.
