BIO:
Fiona Fleming is Head of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Farrer & Co. She is responsible for developing and implementing the firm's ED&I strategy, as well as supporting the firm's approach to wellbeing. She was named as a D&I Leaders 'Inspirational D&I Leader in 2024. In 2023, her and her team were winners of the Age & Lifestage Initiative award, and awarded Highly Commended for in the Mental Health & Wellbeing Initiative category at the Women & Diversity in Law Awards. Prior to joining Farrer & Co in 2022, Fiona worked for BDB Pitmans and The Legal 500.
