BIO:

Jo leads on client development and go-to market strategy for Lamp House Strategy. She scopes client project needs and works with the Lamp House team to deliver the right solutions. Jo’s passionate about helping firms to evolve and developing talent within the profession. She is an experienced global relationship lead for our clients, and can present complex data in a practical way to help clients make the optimum use of research insights. She is a regular speaker and panellist in the professional services community.

A graduate in Human Resources Management, Jo has more than 20 years’ experience in research insights projects for professional services firms. She formed part of the initial team launching Acritas in 2002, developing client relationships and building both the team and the brand globally.
