Natacha Lesellier is a Partner of the French law firm, Flichy Grangé Avocats, in charge of their Ethics, Diversity and CSR Practice. Previously, she was Global VP Ethics Programs within a French multinational for over 15 years.  

She is a recognized expert in the areas of Ethics, Compliance, Diversity, Human Rights and CSR. 

Totally bilingual, Natacha Lesellier is the partner of choice for foreign companies wishing to deploy their E&C programs in France and for French multinationals wishing to deploy their programs worldwide. 

Natacha Lesellier began her career at the French law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel in 1996 before joining L’Oréal in 2001 and Flichy Grangé Avocats in 2021. She is President of the Cercle de la Compliance, France’s leading E&C professional association. 

Member of the Paris Bar and Solicitor England & Wales (non-practising), she holds a double LLB from King’s College London/Paris 1 Sorbonne and a Masters Degree in International Economic Law from Paris 1 Sorbonne.
