Olivia Marques is a Civil and Environmental Engineer with a master's in Sustainable Development from the University of Salford, England.   

She specialized in Project Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and Fundação Dom Cabral and has been certified PMP - Project Management Professional since 2015.  

With more than 14 years of experience in sustainable certification projects, Olivia is passionate about agroforestry systems.  

She is Head of Operations at ERA, a company dedicated to developing projects with nature-based solutions with experience in carbon and biodiversity credits and women´s empowerment units.
